As pralinΓ© has just two ingredients, thereβs nowhere to hide. And there are lots more nuts than caramel! Thatβs why we taste-tested dozens of nuts before settling on our varieties, and we roast them skin-on for a flavourful healthy hit.
We also cook our caramel until itβs dark enough to lose some sweetness and release its distinctive malty notes, giving Mada Mada pralinΓ©s a buttery, fruity finish that you wonβt find anywhere else.

Spoon it, spread it, mix it, pour it, pipe itβ¦ As well as using them in your patisseries and chocolate-making, here are a few examples of great pairing: drizzled on brownies, pastries, pancakes, waffles or porridge, spooned over yoghurt and ice cream, added to smoothies, milkshakes and granolaβ¦. Some of our customers even use them in savoury dishes like tagine, pad thais and satay sauce!
